Fax orders are gladly accepted at (732) 469-7070, 24 hours per day / 7 days a week.

All phone orders are charged to your major credit card or sent COD ($7.50 extra COD Fee).

Save even more money. Send in your order with a check or money order, and take an addtional 3% discount off these published prices.

Our live customer service hours are Monday-Friday, 9am - 7pm EST.

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. owned islands will be charged for FedEx Air charges, as no ground service is provided from NJ.

Items requiring refrigeration are marked with an asterisk*, and must be sent Next Day at the customer's expense and are Final Sale.

There are no shipping charges for the contiguous 48 States. They are sent by ground FedEx service from New Jersey. Keep in mind, FedEx Ground travels 500 miles per day, not including weekends. We offer next day, 2nd day, and 3rd day select for an additional fee.

New Jersey customers, please include a 6% sales tax or provide us with a copy of your resale certificate.

All other state taxes and tarriffs are to be paid by the customer, not Sussex Drug Products Co.

All shortages and errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Any damages should be called into FedEx at 1-800 GO FedEx first, and then to us.

Returns must be returned in the same condition as received. We offer a limited 14 day return policy.
Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.

We can offer our super pricing as we have no ''open accounts.'' We pass all the savings on to you--our customers.

All items are long dated.

Order minimum is still only $75.00 for free shipping. Orders less than $75.00 are subject to a $10.00 handliing fee as well as actual shipping costs.

We do not sell controlled substances.
